Handling: It depends on where you are. Most orders that are placed by 6PM CST on Sunday-Thursday are shipped out the next business day. Must orders placed Thursday after 6PM CST- Sunday 6PM CST are shipped on Monday. In rare cases the product may be on back order and it can take longer. If there is an issue with your order we will reach out to you.

All none food items can be returned if they have not been opened within 30 days of being purchased

You can return your order by logging in to your account on Pharmaful.com. Once our team accepts your return you will be emailed a Pre-paid shipping label. You will then be responsible for shipping the return back to Pharmaful.

You will recieve your refund for your return once your return has been processed at our warehouse.

Once we submit the refund on our end it typically takes 5-10 days for the refund to appear on your method of payment.

At Pharmaful we offer customers the option to Subscribe & Save on all products. Subscribe & Save is where you choose to have products sent to you on a set schedule. In return we offer a 10% discount on ALL Subscribe and Save orders.

To cancel your Subscribe & Save order all you need to do is login to your account on Pharmaful.com and cancel your subscription. We have made it very easy for customers to manage their Subscribe & Save orders within their customer portal.
